NOTE: All didactic training conducted by Board Certified Physician and/or his assistant under his direct supervision.

	Tuition: 1. Twenty -four (24)-hour certified laser specialist course (3-days) ��$2500.00 2. Minimum down payment of $500.00 due at time of enrollment. Balance due at least one week before class. 3. NO REFUNDS will be issued. It may be possible to reschedule for a future class with no penalty if the class you were scheduled for has the maximum number of students permitted.
	Requirements: Attendees must meet one of the following: 1. Licensed Esthetician or possess a minimum of 500- hours of Esthetic training 2. Licensed RN or LPN 3. Licensed Cosmetologist 4. Currently employed by practicing physician and recommended by that physician for training.
	Course Information: � Twenty-Four (24) hour Certified Laser Specialist Training � Classroom lectures conducted by board certified physician and his assistant � Hands-on training in lasers and IPL � Laser Specialists Certificate issued to all attendees that complete 24-hour program � State-of-art equipment utilized � All training is under the supervision of board certified physician � Training meets the requirements to work as a certified laser specialist in the state of Georgia under supervision of a physician
