As the cosmetology industry has recently moved towards specialization, one of the biggest areas of growth is in the area of nail care. This growth has created the need for properly trained and licensed nail technicians. Our program provides the student with more than the required credit hours in training in preparation for the Board Licensing as a nail technician. An overview of the theory and practical portions of the training are outlined below.

Nail Care - Theory Professionalism Sanitation and Sterilization Bacteriology Anatomy of the Nails, Cells, Skin, Skeletal, Muscles, Nerves, Circulatory Reflexology Nail Diseases and Disorders Skin Disease and Disorders Treatment of Hands and Feet Spa/Salon Business Georgia Rules and Regulations State Board Preparation DAY: 600 HOURS - 21 WEEKS

Nail Care - Practical Product Knowledge Manicuring - Hot Oil, Paraffin, Spa, French, American, Egyptian Pedicuring - Hot Oil, Paraffin, Spa, Mask Therapy, French, American Egyptian Artifical Nails Odorless Acrylic Sculptured Nails Tips with Acrylic Overlay Capping Wraps, Silk, and Fiberglass Nail Maintenance Nail Art Airbrush Art Color Acrylics Warm Stone Treatments Gel Nails EVENING: 600 HOURS - 34 WEEKS
